Report cards are issued at the end of every quarter. A final report card and/or diploma will be given only when all assigned work has been completed in a satisfactory manner.
Standardized tests are administered every year to determine pupil, class, and teaching strengths and weaknesses and to adjust teaching procedures accordingly. At various times through the child's school life, mental ability tests are also given so that individual differences can be noted and teaching procedures adjusted.
Parent/teacher consultations are held twice a year. However, parents may set up a consultation with any of the teachers at any time during the school year. Such meetings are encouraged and may also be requested by the teachers as may be needed. In all matters it is always the Christian and best procedure to consult the teacher first.
